STACKED is a "totally fresh and innovative take on the sandwich". Born during Covid-19, they had a great launch and now have eight locations across Sydney.
STACKED had the same marketing team managing their socials from the date they opened, until 2024, when they hired me as their Freelance Marketing Manager.
Their previous marketing team got lazy, posting frequency was down to one post a fortnight, captions weren't SEO focused, reels were never made nor posted and influencer out reach was no where to be seen.
Upon hiring me, they saw a huge increase in followers, engagement and customers. Their brand was back on the map due to an influx of influencers, a constant and regular posting schedule and an increase in reels being posted— a lot of which were on trend and performed well.
During my tenure with STACKED, I was responsible for:
- creating graphics for stories and posts
- taking content (photos and videos) and creating reels/posts from that content
- website management and updates including: posting promos or new menu items
- running their electronic signage across all eight locations: this included editing existing digital menu boards and uploading them across all locations
- creating promotional assets that would be used in store
- organising and attending influencer collaborations
- monthly strategy meetings with the owners to come up with promotions for the following month
- managing the STACKED app where I edited, created and scheduled their daily coupons.
